EnterpriseMailer Anti-Spam Policy
Protecting your privacy
It is the goal of EnterpriseMailer to provide high class quality services to its members, and to protect the privacy of those members.
Nobody wants to receive unsolicited junk mail. It is considered not only an annoyance, but an intrusion of privacy.
EnterpriseMailer prohibits the transmission, distribution, and delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail ("spam"). You may not use EnterpriseMailer to send spam. We have zero tolerance for spam of any kind. Any member who violates this policy will have their membership and services revoked. EnterpriseMailer does not authorize the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through a third party. All emails sent using EnterpriseMailer must be done with the receiver's full consent (opt-in). If a subscriber opts out, you may not continue to send to that email address.
If you know of someone who is using EnterpriseMailer to spam, please email Support.
Think you've been spammed? Unsubscribe using the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email, then forward the unsolicited email to support and provide any other relevant information.
